Uncanny X-Men #600 — Writer: Brian Michael Bendis;  Art: Sara Pichelli, Mahmud Asrar, Stuart Immonen, Eris Anka, Chris Bachalo, David Marquez and Frazer Irving Let’s start with this — not a beginning, but an ending, the conclusion to Bendis’s three-year run on both Uncanny and All-New X-Men.  It’s mostly everybody attempting to perform an intervention on Henry McCoy, calling him to task for all his messing with the time-space continuum, after which he kind of stomps out. Eleven Secret Wars tie-ins this week, but the good news is that seven of them are conclusions; there’s a growing light at the end of Jonathan Hickman’s three-year-old tunnel.  Let’s look at all of them one at a time: Secret Wars: A-Force #4 (of 5) — Writers: Marguerite Bennett and G. Willow Wilson;  Pencils: Jorge Molina;  Inks: Craig Yeung and Walden Wong;  Colors: Laura Martin This tryout/preview for one of Marvel’s new relaunch titles has been decent enough, with sharp character interaction among a diverse, interesting cast. Still nine Secret Wars tie-ins this week, but we’re starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel, since two of them actually conclude; over on the DC side, the flood of new titles has settled considerably (only Bombshells made it to my “buy” stack this week), but that just leaves more room for a number of cool indy titles, including Casanova, Brian K.
