Getting off My Duff #22

So we’re going to get Dan “off his duff”, which he’s rarely on, to sort through another 25 boxes of comics we just picked up in the last two weeks. I always have Dan do the sorting because he’s fast and he really knows his comics! This newest batch of comics has a little Silver, a few more Bronze, and lots of Modern from 1980 to present. As per norm, you’ll see a lot of the last three decades of books priced as “sets” or “packets”, and the more collectible books will be priced individually. In case you haven’t checked out the “sets” section in some time, we’ve added approximately 60 to 70 new lots in the last two weeks. Lots of mini series from the 1980’s here, and priced at incredible deals.

Last Wednesday Marsha and Eddie redesigned the facing-Central-middle-of-the-store case with dozens of porcelain statues at 25% OFF! These statues are new of course, but just happen to be overstock. The assortment includes: DR. MANHATTAN, ELEKTRA, the Silver Age SUPERMAN, a plethora of BATMAN BLACK & WHITE statues, and the three GREEN LANTERNS, ALAN SCOTT, KYLE RAYNER, and HAL JORDAN, just to name a few! Come in soon for best selection.

Our artist in residence, Ashley, drew a really cool B&W picture of Fantastic Four’s, THE WATCHER, so we’re going to feature UATU…that’s the Watcher…as a centerpiece in a new display case of Silver Age FF’s, all in high grade! And they’ll be the deal of the week too…25% OFF any FANTASTIC FOUR in this case! There’s some real beauties here you guys, all LESS THAN GUIDE!

Yikes! I better Get Off My Duff and get started pricing these puppies! Come in and check ’em out this week.

See ya’ on new comic day!
