Hard-to-Find Comics at COVER PRICE!

Hello everyone! As I informed you a couple of weeks ago, AABC acquired at collection of approximately 10,000 comic books from one of our long-time customers. The selection is chock full of 1970’s Bronze Age books, and the rest of the collection pretty much covers the last 15 years of the hobby. We’re almost done sorting, and then we’ll have some mighty cool sets of books for you to peruse through! Just as a quick point of interest, there are many titles that have been published over the last decade that have extremely low print runs. From DC’s Vertigo line to the early Marvel Ultimate books, comic books are not printed in the hundreds of thousands anymore. Case in point, a customer a few months ago was looking to fill in a missing issue of a very obscure DC, published less than five years ago. The name of the title isCINNAMON EL CICLO, a limited series of five issues. The print run on this book was less than 9,000 copies per issue! Needless to say, we didn’t have the issue in stock, but now we do, and we’ll be selling the title as a set. As a point of reference, ANY Marvel title in the 1970’s that did not sell at least 100,000 copies per issue was CANCELLED! This is truly, a Golden Age of comic book collecting. So if you’re looking to complete some runs of books you’ve been thinking about, send me an email and I’ll let you know if we have them. From DC’s AMERICAN CENTURY, 100 BULLETS, to Wildstorm’s PLANETARY, Frank Cho’s LIBERTY MEADOWS, and even Marvel’s ULTIMATE X-MEN, there’s a good chance this collection has them. Hey, collections like this don’t grow on trees you guys!…yeah, I know, stupid pun. But give me your want list soon, because we plan on moving these great books quickly!
